the Dalaverse

So we have a guy here replacing the doors, because...apparently they needed to be replaced? I can't be expected to keep up with these things. I was hoping he would be young and attractive and in really well-fitting jeans, but sadly, no. Ah well. There's always the memory of Elevator Guy, because of whom I got the title Ass Master.

I locked the cat and dog up together. One of them is never ever going to forgive me.

As soon as Door Guy leaves, I intend to write until my fingers fall off. I'm finding it much more difficult to write Will than Jack this time around, which is just weird. I suspect it has something to do with the fact that it's an AU, and I never change Jack's character much no matter what. Will, on the other hand, gets to be more of a blank slate. Still not quite accepting the fact that it's already thirteen pages and it's still at the point it is -- which is pretty much the freakin' beginning. But there were a bunch of things I needed to establish in order to make the 'verse work, and I needed lots of words to do that, apparently.

Of course, there are still a bunch of things that need establishing...::hides from really daunting fic:: I'm in so deep now though, no way I'm giving up. I will BEND IT TO MY WILL.
