Having been bitten by the iconning bug (i.e. belatedly discovered that yes, I can crop and resize images in Paint), I went and made myself a batch of Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, and a few from "The Last Waltz." Technically they're bases, but I prefer to call them textless icons (Paint doesn't do text. You can make a text box, but the space within it turns white). A lot of the pictures got distorted, which was annoying, but I still had fun making them. Don't know if anybody's interested, but they're all here for the taking.

(I tried to fix this one several times, because how awesome is that picture? but it kept coming out shitty no matter what I did)

(and is it just me, or does Neil Young look like he's completely in love with Joni Mitchell in both these picture?)
Alrighty, that's done.
Got some writing done while Vanessa was out last night, also watched "Pulp Fiction," which I had never seen before and liked very much, though not as much as "Kill Bill" ("Reservoir Dogs" is in the queue, but pretty far down). Also not as much as "From Dusk Till Dawn," which I watched with Beth before school and loved to pieces.
guede_mazaka, you've got fic for that, right?
Have to check out the ferry at Point Lookout today because Dad wants to bring his kids down for a field trip next month. Eh. When I can work up the energy.
