Yay! It's supposed to snow this weekend! God, finally.

Before I went weather-channel-hopping, though, we were talking about possible plans.

Vanessa: What are we going to do this weekend?
Me: ..."School of Rock" is playing?
Vanessa: And after that?
Me:......
Vanessa: We could go somewhere.
Me: We could go to...Waldorf.
Vanessa: Yeah. Exciting.

Can't you just feel the anticipation?

I'm sorry. This town is really, really dead. And the sad thing is, the time it would take to drive anywhere interesting is about the time it would take to drive home, so if I were going to drive anywhere, I'd just drive home.

Looks like we're going to be snowed in, though ::crosses fingers:: You can go sledding on pretty much anything, right? Pieces of cardboard, little Yaffa crate, plastic Old Navy bags...Oooh, maybe the pond will freeze over.

Have rented "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" ::does the Dance of Johnny Depp-joy: Also got "Strictly Ballroom" and "The Ref," on which I waffled because I'm not a big fan of Denis Leary, but Karen swears it's funny.

It looks as though my resolution to not spend any money this semester is, well, being taken somewhat less seriously than I'd hoped. I did refrain from buying more candy though.

Speaking of food, I want pie put back in the snack machine, dagnabbit! Do they think nobody eats those tasty little Hostess fatcakes? I sure as hell do -- in fact, I probably eat every single one. I know I emptied the pie coil the night I left for break.

I think I'll start watching OuaTiM. WOOOOT.
