Evil Tire of Doom is patched, baby. I ran around at about 3:30 this afternoon, trying to find somebody to help me change it. Anya is my favorite person ever because she volunteered. Unfortunately neither of us managed to budge the lugnuts. Me, with traces of upper body strength left over from seven years of hauling 2000 pounds of horse around, and Anya, crew team star. Embarrassing. So I called Mr. Tire, and they said they didn't do that but gave me the number of a towing company who would. Tow Truck Guy came by a half hour later, popped off the tire like it was nothing, and put on the crappy doughtnut tire so I could get into town. Charged me $45, which I consider to be money well spent.
Drove the poor Cheese to Mr. Tire, where they discovered that the flat tire had a nail stuck in it, and patched it in fifteen minutes. Then, best part: NO CHARGE. Just a five-dollar tip for the guy who worked on it. I don't know if they have some kind of deal with the towing company or not, but I wasn't going to complain.
Had a Bio exam this morning. It went all right. At least, I'm fairly certain I didn't fail it. Legacy of Modern World exam at 10 a.m. tomorrow. The map portion is going to be tricky. I was never very good at geography. Then work, Survey, Mythology, and HOOOOME. Well, technically I still have Bio and work on Friday, but that doesn't count.
Time to enjoy my gas-station dinner of beef jerky and cheese curls. Good eatin', ya'll.
