I am the stupidest person ever.

A play of idiocy in one act:

[Dala calls Tech Services and explains the problem]
Student Tech Support: So you can't get into Windows at all, huh?
Dala: Nope.
STS: *pause* Do you have any discs in the drive?
Dala: Like a CD or something? I think so.
STS: Try taking that out.
Dala: *doubtful* You think that's causing the problem?
[starts computer, removes disc one of To Kill a Mockingbird audiobook, computer boots normally]
Dala: Oh wow, I feel dumb.
STS: It's okay.

So the Lex Park library hates me and wants me to suffer. Or my computer hates Harper Lee, you decide.

I am just having the loveliest day. More specifics later; for now I've got a field trip. A real, honest-to-Pete field trip. In lieu of class.
