After a fruitless 5:00 search for an open nail salon on July 4th (I don't know either), managed to talk Mom into buying an apple pie. Yay.

Also, saw the creepiest religious book: Jesus Wants All of Me. I mean, honestly. That's fucking badly worded. It makes Jesus sound like a child molestor.

Mmmm, the whole neighborhood smells like cookout!
