the Dalaverse

Had a lovely Oxford reunion dinner at Carly's. Almost everybody showed up, and we ate a lot and cracked up over old stories (oh, Eddie...). Then Fred, Sarah, Ian and I stayed later and talked about last fall's living wage debate/sit-in (Fred is making a documentary of it for his SMP, and Sarah's involves it too) and the politics of the history department and other various topics. And now I have to go to bed because I have to be at the damn courthouse at 7:30 for Landscape, which means I have to leave at 7 and get up at 6. That is less than five hours from now. WTF, Kate? I'm sure the courthouse is fascinating and all, but my interest requires at least three hours of daylight to properly build up.

Anyway, I'm in a much better mood and I would like to ::hugs you all::
