Other things that happened this weekend: went to see "Love's Labours Lost" at Rock Creek with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kinetikatrue on Saturday. It was a marvelous production - they set it during the '60s in India, so the king was like a maharishi and his companions were rock stars/the Beatles. And the princess and her ladies rode in on motorbikes and wore mod dresses. It was awesome. Oh, and Costard talked like Tommy Chong, and there was this whole musical number where Beroune played electric guitar up a TREE. He was played by the guy who played Helen's gay coworker on "American Dreams," too. Oh, AD, I still miss you so much...Anyway, it was great fun and we didn't get rained on. Yay!
And then today, I met up with Kat again, briefly, at the Rville Library to see Harry and the Potters. No, I'm not fucking kidding. They are so awful and wonderful, it is impossible to describe. I didn't stay very long because the room was full of people and I was feeling kind of claustrophobic. Kind of wish I'd brought a t-shirt though.
