Most Adorable Thing Today: Prince William reading off an index card in his hand while addressing the crowd at their Concert for Diana. I hope the full coverage shows up online somewhere; I only caught the hour-long broadcast, but what I saw was very good and quite moving. My god, those boys are handsome. The Matt Lauer interview was on before the concert and Matt totally wanted to crawl onto the couch between them.

Most Delicious Thing Today: my potato skins - cheddar-garlic and parmesan-rosemary. It's the one dish I can cook, and it is good.

Most Awesome Thing Today: Minerva McGonagall in OotP. Just - just everywhere.

Most Annoying Thing Today: Shady Grove and Rockville being shut down, which meant we sat at the Metro station for an hour and then took a twenty-minute bus trip to Twinbrook and THEN finally got on a moving train. Not cool, Metro, not cool.

Most Looking-Forward-To Things of the Coming Week: July 4th! Tina and Lena are throwing a party Tuesday night, and I am so there. Then Live Earth on Saturday - Bravo is running it from 8 am to 2:30 am.

Most Unfortunate Thing of Today: my room is still a disaster area. It's gotten so bad that I'm seriously considering a scorched earth policy ::shakes bottle of lighter fluid::
