I find it so gratifying that you enjoy all that '60's music. My daughters are the same way, of course.

We're all going to see Weird Al on the 30th in Oxnard. WhooHoo!

OH yeah. I got a good education.

Heh, my best friend's parents just surprised her and her siblings with tickets to Weird Al. She said it was her favorite concert ever.

Yes, my kiddos feel they were well educated too.

My little one, [livejournal.com profile] weemonkey6, and I went to see Al at the Ventura County Fair years ago, and he was fantastic! He really does a great live show.

I saw The Beatles live you know. *preens* At both the Hollywood Bowl, and at Dodger Stadium. Poor guys. What a life they led.

*whimper* Don't taunt me! Although I'm gratified to have seen a good number of classic artists live -- Clapton, the Mac, Stevie by herself, CSNY, Jackson Browne, Buffett, and most importantly Dylan (who really wasn't very good. But the point -- it was BOB DYLAN :)).

I saw Simon and Garfunkel at Hyde Park the other night and they played the top four of your songs. Marvellously, of course. And you like Tom Petty? Whee! <3

Yargggh, I am so incredibly jealous. My folks saw them last time they were in D.C., and couldn't get me a ticket because it was during exams week. I cried.

Yup, I lurve Tom Petty. Highly underrated.
