the Dalaverse

Been running ragged with the auntie all weekend. Off the the National Cathedral in a few minutes (I seriously hope we're not going to be interrupting mass, because that would be embarrassing). But first? Yesterday was THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DAY IN WASHINGTON HISTORY. I don't know where this weather is coming from, and I know the humidity's going to make us pay for it eventually, but I so don't care. It was AUGUST and I could wear a LONG-SLEEVED SHIRT.

Alrighty, off to find my camera and possibly film and most likely a new battery. I love taking pictures of churches -- churches and statues, and since there are often statues in churches, WOO HOO.

Oh yes, and donkeyriding, we must to go chill at the WWII memorial when you get home. Dude, they have a fountain! A fountain that you can dip your feet in, and it's cleaner than the Reflecting Pool!
