the Dalaverse

Note on fandom costumes: I did not see any Jack Sparrows, although there were lots of generic-type pirate costumes. And I swear, there was one guy wearing a Napoleonic Navy hat captain-style and a navy blue cloak, and I wanted to ask him if he was Horatio Hornblower, but he was talking to somebody and Michelle dragged me off on our Gwen mission. I should have, though. That would have been awesome. The best costumes were a group of more X-men than you can imagine (all of the ones they put in the cartoon as regulars, plus I think a girl was supposed to be Emma Frost), all spandex, and they all looked authentic. And the Edward Scissorhands with tinfoil blades.

The weekend can't seriously be almost over. Bleah.
