This stupid Bio project I was dreading? It's actually healing me. Reading all these articles by notable scientists assuring me that yes, we can make a difference and we do care about people in other, less fortunate nations -- it's restored my sense of perspective. This election is important, but it is not everything. The world keeps on turning if George W. Bush gets to sit his ass down in the White House for the next four years. He is not the great and terrible Oz-voice of our nation. We are still here, and they only win if we let them.

Plus I get to make a passionate refutation against him on four separate issues. How much does that rock?
