Caught the rerun of the U2 episode of "Saturday Night Live." Man, cameramen and production people must hate Bono. "Stay onstage, you funky little Irishman! Stand in one spot and sing, goddammit!" I did so envy the woman getting the lapdance. And was I seeing things, or were Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph crying at the end of "I Will Follow"? (And I can't even tell how badly Bono mangled the lyrics, he was mumbling so. Not that the lyrics were anything to sneeze at in the first place).

Gahhhh, I cannot wait to see my boys live. Skipping off to ticketmaster.com to find out when the tickets go on sale right now.

I felt kind of sorry for Larry, stuck behind his drumkit, when the rest of the guys hopped down off the stage. Also because he looked downright haggard a few times. Blaming the camera angles.

In other music news, it took me until today to fall head over heels in love with Damien Rice. So much so that I will even use the Borders gift certificate, previously set aside for the new season of "Coupling," to buy O. Dude's fucking amazing.
