::grinds teeth:: So I shipped two movies back to Netflix last Monday. They arrived safely on Tuesday and I received the confirmation details. According to the website, my next movies were due to be shipped that same day. Friday rolls around, which is when I usually get them in that scenario, and no movies, so I check my queue. It has been changed to "We expect to ship your next available movie by Friday." Okay, I think, a hiccup in the system or something, no big deal. Only they're not shipped Friday, and are now labelled as to be shipped Monday. They were not shipped Monday. They were not shipped today. The At Home portion of the queue now tells me "We expect to ship your next available movie by Wednesday," over a week after I returned the DVDs and Netflix reported they'd been received. I was billed Sunday, and I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay for services unrendered.
Which is basically what I was planning to write in an e-mail, only I can't find out how to contact the administrators. The "Contact Us" button tells me to go to My Account, but the only contact information there is a form you're supposed to fill out about whether specific movies were damaged or didn't arrive, etc. I've surfed through the Help section and still can't find anyone to contact about the problem. There are links for reporting incorrect information, suggesting titles, general suggestions, but they say the e-mails will be sent to the "appropriate department," which makes me think that if I send anything by that method, it wouldn't help.
So, in conclusion, has anybody else encountered this problem or have any suggestions about what I should do?

E-mailing is fine and dandy, but if you really want to get something done, the best way is still either by phone or in person. Take it from an old person.
