My mixes are usually either named for a specific place and time, or after a theme. This one is The Fuck Mix. Light a candle, pour some champagne, grab some ass -- any ass will do, really, your own included -- and enjoy.
"Make You Mine," Heather Nova (no, I will never stop pimping Heather Nova. She's on more of my mixes than she's not, I think.)
"#1 Crush," Garbage
"If You Wear That Velvet Dress," U2 (this one takes a while to build up, but trust me, the slinkysexy payoff is worth it)
"Feelin' Love," Paula Cole
"Miss You," the Rolling Stones
"Closer," Nine Inch Nails
"Ain't No Sunshine," Eva Cassidy
"Pretty When You Cry," VAST
"Summertime," Janis Joplin
"Let's Stay Together," Al Green (I only repeat the really good stuff, I promise.)
"I Want to Come Over," Melissa Etheridge
"Laid," James (see?)
"Whore Baby," Jezebel Red that one's all
greenabsinthe's fault
"Sophia," Bif Naked (tell me the lesbian trucker theme doesn't do it for you
"Not an Addict," K's Choice
"Let's Get It On," Marvin Gaye (come on. You didn't really think I was going to leave this baby off, did you?)
"Six Underground," the Sneaker Pimps
I might add a postscript later with stuff I couldn't fit on the CD, but would add to the tape, but yousendit seems to have had enough of me for today.
Oh, and did I mention the outcome of our "bomb" scare? The "bombs" were...broken light fixtures. No, really.
At least I got a shout-out -- the dean specifically mentioned students asleep or in the shower in his e-mail apologizing for the dumbfuckery of our school.

I will stop quoting that movie when I run out of opportunities to do so or until you ask me to stop. Thanks for the music, as always.

Never, then? :)

I'll have to hit up this one and the last one, being a relentless slut for music, especially well-sequenced.

Oh, and the bomb scare so reminds me of college life. In my 3rd year there was a 3 week period that every damn Wednesday night around 4 a.m. someone pulled the fire alarm in my dorm and the stupid campus police never found the person.

Shhh, don't say the f-a word around here. People are stupid.
(no subject)
Yeah, I know. If college teaches people anything it's how dumb everyone else is.
