Nap finished. Refresing, only...not. I think I am exhausted more by the thought of being tired than by actually being tired. Because the second I finish this paper (and it's only on the fourth page, for god's sake), I have to turn right around and do the Powerpoint presentation. The second I finish that, I have to write the Age of Absolutism paper -- and it has to be good, because the last one sucked. The second I'm done with that, I have to write the stupid Shelley paper for Richardson. And I know it's all only my own fault because I could have done any one of these things earlier, but gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Until Thursday evening, I am going to have to tap into some primal source of energy and brilliance. After Thursday evening, I intend to sleep for days.

Until Thursday evening, I am going to have to tap into some primal source of energy and brilliance.

Couple of options:
Orange juice (vitamin C good for keeping awake & alert)
Tea (has higher caffeine content than coffee)
Adrenaline (if you're too poor to afford such vast quantities of the above as you may require, or don't fancy upsetting your digestive system too much, just go for a run or something every so often)

When you need to get to sleep, try a glass of port or some such, along with hot chocolate. Cancels out the caffeine nicely.

All of the above methods tried & tested, with varying degrees of success, by myself during my 3 years at Uni. And I'm perfectly normal still, it hasn't affected me at all, officer!
