the Dalaverse

Just got home from work ::curls up in nearest lap:: Ye gods. My favorite part was when all the people went home. I hate the people. I really, really do. Like, not individuals, but en masse? All wanting something from me? Gahhhhh.

I tried to explain this to my mother. She thinks there is something wrong with me. I think I need to order stuff off Amazon to make me feel better. Let's see, the Ep. III soundtrack and the KoH soundtrack together, and they've got a bunch of great movies on sale for $7.49 -- RHPS, "Bend It Like Beckham," "Say Anything," "The Boondock Saints." How could I pass that up, eh?

This is the second time I've missed "The Daily Show" in a week. That hasn't happened in forever.

Final grades are starting to trickle back because our professors are awesome. I got an A in Underwater Archaeology, but a B on the final because I SKIPPED A QUESTION BECAUSE I AM STUUUUPID but I'm mostly over that now, mostly, and an A in lit. Richardson specifically said 'A,' not 'A-,' which is what she gave me the last two times I had her, so I count this as an especial victory. My final paper did kind of frickin' rock, once I got into it. Which reminds me, the Port Royal paper received a 98% ::bows:: And, AND, Dr. Langley totally underlined the phrase "flagitious immorality" and wrote 'WOW!' I'm not quite sure what she meant by it, but I was so proud, y'all, so proud. Proud of ALL of us.

...I've officially stopped making sense now.

If you ever needed proof of how big a dork I am, I spend my thoughts at work decorating the houses of all my PotC AUs. Kiltverse Jack's bedset is the best. It's this expensive, heavy-silky red and gold design called 'Sari.' It was MADE for him.

Note to self: must to renew LJ crap.
