No matter how old I get, it will never be a good idea to watch "The Shining" in a dark basement of an empty house.

OMG CREEPY TWIN GIRLS AND GHOST BLOWJOBS AND THE SOUND OF TRICYCLES ON HARDWOOD FLOORS
Mood:: freaked out

One of the things Jack Nicholson sees is a man lying on a bed with a man in a dogsuit bending over him in fairly unmistakable position -- it's better explained in the book, but I was surprised they included it at all.

I'm a firm believer in watching scary movies with the following:

1) all my snarky witty friends
2) lotsa popcorn
3) only in the dark at the movie theatre otherwise...LIGHTS!!!

Guh, and recalling The Shining...
*pets you and sends soothing thoughts*

Ahem. This is a "Hi! I'm stalking you!" message.

No, honestly, I read For Want of a Nail, and have been reading your journal, er, fairly frequently. So I'm friending you. If you are annoyed, please defriend.

Yes, and the ghost blowjob is what freaked me out the most, while the wife is running through the house. It's so WTF that it would be laughable if not so scary.
