My Oxford packet came today! Well, technically it came yesterday, but I didn't have my keys to get it. I think I have to get a couple of shots. Needles...::shudders::

By the way, does anybody know if there's really a Jordan College, or did Philip Pullman make that up? If it's real I want a sweatshirt. At some point I will have to type up my money worry/whinge, but probably not today because OMG I'M GOING TO SEE U2 TOMORROW NIGHT. With everything that's been going on, it still hasn't really HIT me.

Notes to self: mail Meg's postcard today -- scratch, since of course I forgot to put the address on it. Addendum -- mail postcard tomorrow; also take packet home to fill out and turn in passport application, and take two more pictures at WalMart on account of somehow losing a pair.

Another example of a thought digression I will be leaving out of my report: today I was making a list of celebrities to stalk in the UK. There's Jack Davenport, of course, and Orlando Bloom, and the rest of the cast of "Coupling" and Mick Jagger and Kate Winslet and Sir Ian and Keira Knightley and James Purefoy and Paul Bettany and Bono, of course, and Sean Connery and Sam Neil and Ioan Gruffudd, and George Clooney's Italian villa and Johnny Depp if I get across the Channel...

All right, fine, I'll go study for my Stat midterm now.
