the Dalaverse

So I meant to spend tonight working on some Jack-comes-back fic and catching up on the flist, but it's storming and the power has gone out and I've limited battery power on Sir Christopher. It's Friday, which means the cable will be fixed, oh, never (which is totally the same thing as Monday). Sigh. Technically we're playing Uno, but I won in the first five minutes and the rest of them are still going, so here I am, typing by the light of the flashlight hanging from the ceiling.

No power means no alarm clock means no getting up on time means no digging!

Oh crap. Anne just noted that the AC is off.

We are going to die.

AHHHHHH! Some guy just walked by and said my name all low and scary through the open door. I've mentioned the tombstone with MY NAME ON IT before, right?

Yeah. Death is calling to me.
