So we went to see "Talladega Nights," and it was very funny and that was good. But my bad knee has been hurting for a steady three hours now. It kind of feels like a growing pain/charley horse/cramp, but more intense, and -- three hours. Like, distracting-me-from-the-very-funny-movie, now-keeping-me-from-sleep dull-achey-painful. I just took three Advil and they had better work.

Note to self: WEAR THE BRACE TOMORROW, IDIOT.
