Every time [livejournal.com profile] metalkatt and I watch CotBP and it gets to the part where James says "Because it was Mr. Sparrow who said it," we say "Because it was JEFF who said it."

I also fondly recall the Spider-Man Dance (paraphrased):
"I want it known that this was not my idea."
"I choreographed it!"
"I feel silly even wearing this getup."
"I designed the costumes!"

The new guy's sort of crazy like Jeff, but doesn't try to replace him. If that makes sense.

Did you see "The Libertine?" Richard Coyle was in it as the Earl's personal servant. I swear to God, the only two times I've seen Johnny Depp in danger of being upstaged was by Leonardo DiCaprio in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?" and by Coyle in "The Libertine." THAT is a feat.
