George Clooney and Jon Stewart just said "in bed together" to each other like twenty times in two minutes.

They are so cute it makes my little fangirl heart skip a beat. GEORGE/JON OTP 4EVER!

ETA: "I can't say that because I've been with you now...you're a bobcat in the sack!" ::dies::

ETAA: And now Stephen and the Decemberists ("ultra-literate prog-rock") collide. Somebody at Comedy Central loves me tonight.

OMG I HAVE NEVER MISSED EXTENDED CABLE AS MUCH AS I MISS IT RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT.

There simply has to be clips from these two eps up within the next day or so, or I will go mad. OMG I love The Decemberists! Though I can't really picture them interacting with Colbert... *tries* *brain freezes up*

And god, George Clooney and Jon Stewart are such BFFs.

The interview clip should show up on Comedy Central's website. And the Decemberists weren't actually on the show -- he had them under "Who's Stealing My Thunder Now?" because of their invitation for fans to greenscreen their new vidoe, which is CLEARLY a rip-off of Stephen's lightsaber battle context :)

Yeah, Clooney was the TDS guest -- they were referring to Jon's opening skit from the Oscars, in which he is thrilled to wake up in bed with George :)

omg I watched that at work and it totally almost made the rest of my night bearable. I couldn't stop bibbling and saying, "Oh, Jon" and making little fangirl noises. I think my coworkers were concerned.
