the Dalaverse

I was so sick yesterday. All day long. I did not mean to drink that much, and I think it might've been both the rum and the Coke that was the problem -- too much sugar. In any case, my stomach was empty/emptied itself until one in the afternoon, and I felt queasy and dizzy right until I went to bed at one in the morning. Never had an all-day hangove like that before. I was starting to think I was actually really ill, but I feel pretty much okay now, so it must've been the rum.

So a warning for the previously posted drinking game: it's hardcore, you guys.

Now I'm waiting for Tina to wake up so we can make eggs, and possibly bacon if there's any left. We did manage to get out and see "Casino Royale" yesterday, even though I felt like hurling whenever anybody in the movie drank anything. I've never been into Bond, never actually seen one of the movies, but I really liked this one. Daniel Craig is so fucking hot (and the inversion of the male gaze was both gratifying and interesting). I'm completely onboard with him as Lord Asriel now. Although I wish they'd cast Eva Green as Mrs. Coulter instead of Serfina Pekkala, eve; I think she could pull of the sinister and menace of Mrs. Coulter in TGC, and I'm not sure Nicole Kidman will. And why isn't Lee Scoresby listed on IMDB? I'm afraid they're going to cast somebody like Owen Wilson, and then I will scream.

Anyway. We have now fed ourselves, and I'm back to working on this Isaac fic . I've decided to ship Isaac/Mohinder, even though I can't recall if they've actually met yet. First there's the pretty, which is considerable, and then I kind of like the pairing up of science and art. I need a generic "Heroes" icon...
