Wait, wait, wait. Am I the ONLY one who didn't know that Adrian Pasdar is married to Natalie Maines?

...I do not know why this makes me so happy, but it does, and I want to have dinner at their house.

I'm working on my paper. Or haunting the Heroes boards on TWoP. WHATEVER.

ETA: Well, crap, Fareed Zakaria is on TDS tonight so I have to watch it.

"Don with the Wind" (Rumsfeld) ::dies::

Oh Sam Bee. I didn't even catch the whole thing about Obama, but it ended with "wrapped up in a sex tortilla" and I was there. "He turned paper into metal! He's part-wolf! ...My herpes! He has cured my herpes!" Sam is the shit.

Fareed! ::fangirls:: And Jon sounds more plaintive every time he says "Are we fucked?"

Okay, so Dan Savage is TCR's guest, so I have to watch THAT now too. Damn you, Comedy Central!

I am so pointing violently at anyone nearby during the "One nation under God" line of the Pledge of Allegiance. If I ever get the chance to say the Pledge again.

Savage: "The only agenda I have as a sex columnist is to get you straight men to realize where the clitoris is." Colbert: "You lost me." Heeeee.

I don't think many people know that Adrian Pasdar is married to Natalie Maines. I do know that he has directed or co-directed several Dixie Chicks' videos. Also, did you know that he was in Top Gun?!

I did, but ::hides:: did you know I haven't seen "Top Gun"?

Oooh, really? ::imdbs:: Dang, they don't list them. But I love the Chicks, and the video for their cover of "Landslide" is surreal and beautiful, so I hope that one was among them.

You need to see "Top Gun!" Go, now. It's one of the few Tom Cruise movies I can stand to watch.

As for the videos, I don't think "Landslide" is one of them. I do know "Without You" is definately one of them.

Heee, I think it was her best since "Fuckable Robots." The whole show was good tonight.

No, I didn't know that either. Although it sounds vaguely familiar... I probably read it in that Time article about the Dixie Chicks a few months ago, but then neglected to actually connect the dots regarding Heroes. As for the rest of the post... I have no idea what you're talking about. TV or something. Oh, well! Just wanted to let you know you're not alone in your ignorance. And it is pretty cute.
