the Dalaverse

Well, the year's first snowfall has improved my mood muchly. It's sticking quite nicely and it's still coming down -- they said on the radio that we might get an inch. Yay snow! There are birds hopping around outside my window pecking at the ground. I just with I had decent snow shoes. The only boots I have with me are my mock-motorcycle boots, and I don't trust them in the snow. Well, I suppose I have my Ariats, but they're elderly and I don't want to subject them to extreme cold or wet. They're already cracking ::weeps::

But I really do have to get over to the campus center, because I have grocery shopping to do and never really got around to lunch. A French dip sub should make up for that.

OMG could my roommates stop talking about church for FIVE seconds? And Casey is not even my roommate, I don't like her and I don't understand why she sleeps on our couch and uses our shower, except perhaps her real roommates don't like her either? /pettiness

I think I'll drive over. It's freaking cold and I do not have snow-appropriate shoes. I'll take the main entrance back so I can drive past the river. In the snow. SNOW!
