Hmmm. Amy's low-sodium organic tomato bisque gets a qualified thumbs-up from me. It does indeed have very low sodium for soup, as well as few calories and fat; however, sodium is one of the things that makes soup so delicious, and its taste suffers a bit. It's still good, though a little sweet for my tastes, but it needed a bit of extra salt and some basil. Crackers on the side helped too. It's better than other low-fat, low-sodium soups I've had, and it is indeed nice and chunky. I'll buy it again, but it's not enough to make me give up my beloved Campbell's.

Oh, and the can says it's two servings, but it only fills about three-quarters of one bowl, so I call bullshit on that.

Why is fully half of the block of cheese I got yesterday gone? Not even yesterday -- last night. That cuts the opportunity to eat it by like 50%. I love cheese too, but my god, people, Cracker Barrell doesn't grow on trees!

I wish we had a Safeway down here. Their Tuscan tomato bisque is the asolute best tomato soup I've ever had. You might say "Safeway? Really?" but seriously, try it sometime. Don't blame me if you shed a tear or two over the rich, creamy deliciousness.

ETA: I take the single serving thing back. I'm finding it difficult to finish my bowl.
