Woooooot. Mehvash and I went to see AWE at the uni cinema tonight, which brings the total of in-theatre viewings up to 6. Damn, I love it. With a great big shiny squelchy love.
And now I shall write. It's a sort of large AU for
potcfest, which I've been working on for about a month now. I really hope it'll be done before the deadline. I think it will. And on that note, does Teague's ship have a name in canon? ::whistles innocently::
We also went grocery shopping at ASDA, and am I going insane or is that the UK edition of Walmart? Because their slogan was emblazoned across the check-out wall: Always Low Prices, in blue and in the same font and with the Always italicized and underlined. If so: ewww, Walmart. I feel sullied and unusual, I don't care how cheap it is.
In any case, I bought enough food to last me quite awhile. Although I still don't have a pot to cook the scads of pasta in. And ech, I picked up light yogurt by accident (this is the first chance I've gotten to eat dinner; we had to run back home, drop our bags off, and run back to campus for the film). But I suppose it balances out the cheese-and-onion pasty that preceded it.
ETA a random note: if anybody's shopping, Neutrogena makes the best mascara ever. I've been wearing it all day and it looks like I've just put it on; there's not a single flake (makeup tends to flake on me in general); it doesn't get all clumpy; and it comes off easily with a few quick swipes of remover. Well, Neutrogena products tend to be amazing, but this is my newest discovery. I am extremely picky about things I put on my face, and it's nice to know there's one brand that will never steer me wrong.

If I have to scrub, actually, it would be because of the bags at the Poundstore. They're scented or something, and the scent is disgusting and really strong. I had my bags parked under my seat, and the heater was wafting the stink all over the back of the bus ::shudders::

And, yeah, Neutrogena is the best. (Though I always think oatmeal...)
How about "The Irishman"? (I'm pretty sure that's what "Teague" means. :-p)

Does it really? That's interesting!

Waitrose are ace, and if you get the offers right can be cheaper than other places - and their own brand sausages are delicious (obviously not *quite* as good as my parents' local award-winnning butcher'd sausages, but for less tham 90p/packet they're divine :-)
