You guys. The new Indiana Jones movie comes out in three days.

So far the reviews have been slightly mixed (I haven't gone back to Rotten Tomatoes since I accidentally clicked on a spoiler). So far I don't give a rat's ass (Dad hates rats!). I just want Harrison Ford being one of the greatest screen characters of all time and being fucking AWESOME. I just want to sit in the theatre and sing the theme song at the top of my lungs.

The BBC have been showing the trilogy over the last few weekends and now I'm so excited! Why do I not have an Indiana Jones icon? I've got to go hunt for one.

Actually, I was rewatching "Temple of Doom" the other night and was struck by how sexist the guy is. "Doll?" A little kid allowed to call an adult woman the same name? I find I don't enjoy it nearly as much now that my eyes have been opened to the Evil of Oppressive Screen Characters.

(Damn, my cheek hurts. ;-) )
