Okay, so maybe I didn't watch the RNC, like, at all. I could barely suspend my dislike of certain primary newscasters long enough to get through my own party's convention (like Keith/hate Matthews; loathe Wolf/adore Anderson), I sure as hell wasn't gonna do it to hear these douchebags speak. But what I did manage to catch this week was TDS being totally fucking awesome. Some clips, for those of you in dire need of comedy and/or feeling like the talking heads are all losing their damn minds:





The Best F***ing News Team Ever's hurricane coverage...at the RNC. A near-perfect skewering of willing RNC dupes AND perpetually soggy (in all senses of the word) disaster coverage. George Bush doesn't care about George Bush's people! (And how adorable is the new guy, Wyatt?)




Playing the gender card with our buddies Karl Rove, Papa Bear O'Reilly and Dick Morris . This one is so beautiful I don't even have the words. Hypocrisy: ur doin it right. (And an extra fuck you to Rove, Richmond is awesome.)

Lastly, Sam Bee speaks to delegates about Bristol Palin and...you know, that thing that happens when you have a lot of options and you have to select one... This one makes me want to cry, but whether it's at the epic awesome or the epic fail I have yet to MAKE A CHOICE. I'm just gonna put this last outside the cut, because if you only watch one, it should be this. You might cry too.
