In other news, I feel much better but my cold is lingering in the form of a persistent hacking cough. I didn't want to take Nyquil for a fourth night in a row in fear of becoming some scary green-tinted junkie, so I screwed up my courage and poured me some Robitussin. I don't know if I've explained this before, but I absolutely loathe cough syrup. Like, right up through high school I would sit in the kitchen and whine for a full hour before finally choking it down. I am now twenty-three years old and it still took me five minutes of lifting the cup, peering at the disgusting viscous fluid inside and quickly setting it back on the counter. Ugh. It just tastes like...death. That is the taste I would carry in my mouth if I ever made it to Hell.

In other other news, I was perhaps unreasonably excited to see - aha, you thought I was going to say Kevin McKidd, aka Doctor McVorenus, didn't you? That was certainly an eleventh-hour thrill, but what actually made me sit up and squeal was Sara Ramirez taking her top off so we could see her stomach. Why? Because Sara Ramirez actually HAS a stomach. It was awesome. I wanted to hug the television.

Still coughing. If all my suffering was for naught, I will be very put out.
