QUESTION: If someone parked a van outside an office building with its back doors covered by a large, offensive diatribe about a certain presidential candidate's being a socialist/terrorist/puppy killer, would it be illegal to leave, say, a printed photo of said candidate holding a baby on the windshield? I mean, people distribute flyers in parking lots all the time, right? You don't have to have a permit or anything? (I am aware that this sounds idiotic, but I honestly do not know.)

I was expecting to be bouncing out of my seat all day, but I guess staying up way past my bedtime watching my Redskins take it for the nation (Jason Campbell got sacked SEVEN TIMES, I hope y'all appreciate it) took its toll. I actually leaned my head on my hand and took a five-minute nap at work this afternoon.

So I went downstairs to the little store, and bought a Starbucks mocha frappachino which is the very first time I have ever purchased a coffee drink in a bottle. And yeah, no more sleepy. I mean, I drink soda on occassion, but I'm used to that kind of caffeine. I never drink coffee (apparently I'm just now developing a tolerance for it. I wish I could say the same for tea, but alas). Honestly, it kind of feels like I've had a beer and a half.

Anyhow, Happy Election Day! As well as Free Ben&Jerry's, Free Starbucks, and Free Taco Day, of course. I cannot wait to get home and camp out in front of the TV. Oh, and I voted this morning before work. Only waited about an hour, it was painless and exhilirating.

I wish coffee had that effect on me! That would make work so much easier.

it is not illegal to leave a note on a person's car. It is (generally) illegal to mass leaflet a lot of people's cars.
