Okay, so I finally gave in* and am watching "Merlin," specifically the episode where Lancelot shows up.
Damn, this is gay. I mean, everybody said so, but...the slashiness kind of defies description. And there's King Giles, and so many pretty people! Am maybe kind of in love with Arthur, royal douchebag though he may be. And I am not generally a Lancelot girl, but I really like what they're doing with this one. All in all, it satisfies me in my Xena place.
*initially avoided it out of loyalty to the old NBC "Merlin" miniseries with Sam Neil, which still rocks hardcore, as well as the Beeb's "Robin Hood." I guess I have room in my heart for two cheesy British myth reboots. But I have to admit I'm a bit confused. Where are Morgana's camouflage cargo pants, Merlin's 100% cotton hoodie, Uther's black leather motorcycle trenchcoat? I guess they're saving them for future eps...
ETA: SHIT MAN THAT WAS ISAAC! I was staring at him, all "I know that hotness," but he wasn't in the cast list on IMDB. Thank you, slow credit roll! And I was never even particularly into Isaac. I guess Santiago Cabrera had to be too skinny for that role. The knight look definitely suits him better.

I've been laid up with flu the past couple of days and have just decided to catch up with this show on BBC iPlayer and was struck by both the gayness and the hotness. Specifically the Lancelot hotness - and now I cannot believe I didn't realise it was Isaac before reading your post! Chain mail and billowy linen shirts definitely add a whole new layer of delicious to the guy.
