Fuck, y'all. Warner Bros is remaking "The Neverending Story."
NO.
These shenanigans cannot stand. Even money-grubbing whores jumping on the HP bandwagon should know better than this. Fantasy makes up, what, like 60% of the children's/YA lit published in the past twenty years? Why can't they option something new instead of TAKING A GIANT CRAP ALL OVER MY CHILDHOOD!
You do realize that if anybody, anywhere, EVER tries to remake "The Princess Bride," I will...probably end up on the evening news for attempted murder.
APPROPRIATE ICON IS AFUCKINGPPROPRIATE.

Anyway, you should check out more icons on that journal. There are two icon makers who post there and they icon movies you will never see anywhere else on LJ. I highly recommend a browse through the tags (especially the Labyrinth one!)

Don't worry, you'll have a mob to back you up so at least you won't be alone when the cops drag you off.

Should the author(s?) of xkcd worry then, given today's strip (http://xkcd.com/549/)? Or are they just reading your LJ?
