Apparently we have roaches, or at least I think they're roaches, having never had to deal with this problem before. We see one every day or so in the kitchen when we turn the lights on, scurrying away (though apparently Roommate saw four yesterday which is a world of no). There's basically no chance we caused this problem, since we just moved in and we keep everything clean.
Does anyone know any pet-safe methods to combat an infestation? I realize that I should call management, especially if it originated with one of our neighbors, because otherwise they'll keep coming back no matter what we do. And then I'm assuming they will want to bomb, which would require me to move Milo elsewhere for the duration. I'm probably going to call them, but in the meantime I'd like to try to find some method of killing it with fire even if it's fairly temporary. Just from some quick research it looks like there are some traps and gels that are safe, but as I don't have any experience with them, I have no idea if they actually work.
