So Ness and I went running today. Yes, we had near-record lows last night and it's the coldest it's been since early February, but we did not let a little thing like that stop us! We went down by the pond and around QA, through the woods path, and through Schafer -- a half-mile, if that. Okay, so maybe it wasn't the most abmitious course in the world, but we deserve credit for trying.
And it felt good.
