Last concert was...the Strokes back with Fern and Pri at UMBC? I think that was pre-Thanksgiving, but I could be wrong. Anyway, it's also DYLAN so I am uber-excited (we're pretending that the whole Victoria's Secret commercial thing doesn't exist. WHAT Victoria's Secret commercial? Exactly.)
Then I should get my ass writing tomorrow morning because in the (three and a half hour ::shudders::) drive home yesterday, I figured out how I want Jack and James to have teh sex in "A Simple Twist of Fate." At first I was not entirely convinced that it was going to happen at all, because I just couldn't work out a proper scenario, but now I HAVE IT. Y'see, we still have the Interceptor in this AU...and James is rather fond of it, and Jack sort of wants them both...so WOOOOOT to that. It was, however, a very distracting scene to be storyboarding while I was stuck in Beltway traffic. I was sitting there with my hands behind my head, steering with my knee, humming along with an old DC101 mixtape, working out exactly what was going where and who was saying what and why Jack is having an identity crisis...yes. Distracting.
I do actually have non-fic-related stuff to write about, but it's on the back burner for now. Front burner: Will falling off a trellis at the governor's mansion, Jack getting tangled in his own lies, the birth of the baby in "Nail," and DYLAN.
