I'm off to capture some quesadillas and bring them back to eat them out on the patio. Hopefully the UD has obtained some chicken since Monday night, because dude? When I order chicken quesadillas, I want chicken quesadillas, not quesadillas stuffed with extra cheese to cover up the fact that they've got the meat they make cheesesteaks with in them. Which I'm not sure is actually steak.
Oh! And I saw George fan out his tailfeathers for the first time today. Peacocks RULE. I think he might have been trying to threaten his reflection. Or show off for it...it's not like there are any peahens around...okay, yeah, I've decided that our campus peacock is gay. Yup. We already have the white ducks down by the pond, and I have no idea if they're male or female, but when Vanessa said they're always snuggling like a husband and wife I immediately thought "Or like a pirate and his commodore!" Thus were they named James and Jack, at least by me, because they're always terrorizing the boring mallard ducks, who are clearly other pirates and the Spanish/French/Dutch navy.
This is sad.
But who can the peacock be? He's all alone, so I don't want him to be Will. He shall be the biggest flamer in all PotC: he shall be Groves.

I'm writing him now. Your fault, I think. Because he's all, "come on, let's have some angsty prison sex! And you could let me get taken advantage of by a pirate!" And I think he's a little too enthusiastic, but you know, I'm not fighting it.
Still holding my breath on "Nail." Worried, mind you, because if you're in finish-line distance the likelihood of happy ending is not good. Meep. But can't wait all the same.
